Health is a four quadrant activity and addressing it as American medicine does traditionally is treating it from only one quadrant—the body. A stressed mind, a toxic relationship, and an unhealthy environment can also affect our health. 

Looking at all four of the quadrants Mind, Body, Relationships, and Environment—gives us a more whole view in understanding the cause and treatment of our illnesses and the promotion of our health and wellness. By living a Four Quadrant Life, you will expand your view of health and live with greater health, vitality, and happiness.
